My name is Katie.I have always felt called to help heal others. I wasn't sure where my path would lead, and then after many years of a health struggle of my own, I found craniosacral therapy. It changed my life. And I then found neuromuscular and massage therapy along the way. My own journey has given me the experience, knowledge as well as the drive to bring the same healing to others. I believe that the body can heal itself and these practices help remove barriers to that healing. Whether it's an injury, trauma and rehabilitation and treatment is needed, or you are dealing with tension and/or stress and relaxation is in order. Or even if you are not sure what the remedy is that you seek, i will work with you to figure out what might be needed. I am committed to working side by side with you on your journey to health, and just plain feeling better!

I am a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, receiving certification for Neuromuscular Therapy. I am also certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy I & II with the Upledger Institute. And I’m dedicated to helping those with unresolved health issues find ‘Healing Resolutions!’
